Indexação nos arquivos:uma análise do sistema de acompanhamento de documentos e processos da Justiça Eleitoral.

This article addresses the theme: Indexing the archives: An analysis of the Monitoring Documents and Electoral Processes Justice System. The choice of subject is justified by the importance of indexing in information retrieval and the study of a system that contributes to achieving the institution's activities herein analyzed. To this end, the research objectives sought to analyze the indexing of documents on the System Tracking Documents and Processes – SADP Electoral Justice of the Protocol Division of the Regional Electoral Court of Paraiba - TRE-PB in order to verify the identification of how the terms are assigned to each document during registration; the importance of the information retrieval system for user satisfaction index in view of the TRE- PB, well as the realization of indexing in the organization under study. The methodological procedures, held an applied research with a quantitative approach and qualitative. From the point of view of the objectives, data were collected through a questionnaire with and open-ended questions and analyzed through graphs and tables. Thus, the survey results found that the crawlers. In more research into, mostly, we obtained approval of the respondents, demonstrating knowledge of the topic.
