Corpos-repertório e diversidades culturais: educação e juventudes a partir de uma perspectiva pluriversal

This research is problematized around the articulations between music and body that emerge from students from Public Schools in the backlands of Northeast Brazil, questioned about their musical preferences and experiences. We seek to understand the intertwining between music, bodies and artistic expressions of adolescents in the school space, considering cultural diversities, from a pluriversal education perspective. The relevance of the study refers to the constancy of each of these themes in everyday school life, although, in most cases, they are not even treated, and at best, treated separately, which makes to be impossible have a integrated and overview comprehensive. It is a qualitative work, using mixed questionnaires and focus group, and the results showed the preference of the students surveyed for musical styles already mentioned in the literature as linked to dance, youth protagonism, identity and group experiences. The results also showed an interest in the study of musical instruments and singing, which we associated with the desire to practice internal repertories. Furthermore, we identified an intimate emotional-bodily relationship between young people and their favorite repertories, which we conceptualize as body-repertory.
