Our platform was put to the test in imaging larval and adult pan neural worms, as well as in analyzing control and neurotoxin-exposed worms. Additionally, we utilized a new transgenic worm model for Parkinson's disease and were able to detect a fluorescence difference between larval and adult stages. The result is a vast dataset of high-content images that will be invaluable in future research.","abstract_html":"In this research, we have made modifications to our low-cost light sheet platform, allowing us to capture high-content cross-sectional images of nematodes' nervous systems at earlier stages of development and with higher throughputs.
