Abstract
dc:description.abstract<p>Reimbursement continues to change and become more complex. The trend towards values and outcomes based payment, allows nurses at all levels have the ability to affect the hospitals revenue. A curriculum was developed and piloted teaching nurse managers the about three Medicare reimbursement programs, in order to provide them the knowledge and motivation to bring this information to their bedside nurses, where together they will have the unparalleled ability to influence their organization’s bottom line.</p>
