Descriptive data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences for Windows (SPSS). Frequencies, means, and correlational and multivariate analyses were used to describe and analyze the research results.;It was shown that there is a slight relationship between adult education preparation and the five philosophies. The Humanist philosophy is statistically significant when comparing the states of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Educator's payment for teaching adult classes is significant when compared to the Progressive orientation.
