Magnetotransport effects in lateral and vertical ferromagnetic semiconductor junctions

This work is an investigation of giant magnetoresistance (GMR), tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) and tunneling anisotropic magnetoresistance (TAMR)effects in (Ga,Mn) based ferromagnetic semiconductor junctions.
