Most of the clinically used cancer therapeutic agents circulates throughout the body causing sever damage including vital organ such as brain, liver, kidney limiting their usage. Moreover, due to drug resistance significant number of malignant cells survives even after the treatment with these conventional chemotherapies leaving the damage of systemic toxicity which may lead to metastasis.
