Decision support tools exist for many aspects of watershed and water resources management, however, there are currently no such tools to aid municipalities in their stream restoration efforts. This study details the development of such a decision support tool for the Henrico County Stream Assessment/Watershed Management Program based on the assessment of stream restoration opportunities and feasibility constraints.
