It is the objective or the thesis to investigate the conditions which have led the Ministry of' the Central Baptist Church to feel a great need for a Christian Center in connection with the church building to supplement the present neighborhood facilities in an attempt to create a better environment tor the inhabitants of the neighborhood. An investigation of these causes has enabled the ministry to set up a program and list of physical elements needed for such an undertaking.
