This thesis is an attempt to raise water to a position of importance from design to construction, and to establish dialogue between materials and materiality through the design of a brewery. A place to drink beer and watch the processes of water within the envelope of a brewery where water initiates a conversation between stone, wood, concrete and stainless steel.
