The analysis of wage fluctuation in different economic sectors has been carried out as well as the wage differentiation in the selected economic sectors has been evaluated with regard to individual regions. The regions have been grouped within the selected economic sectors according to wage, and the regional groups with least differences in average wage (within the selected economic sectors) have been identified. The analysis on factors determining the size of wage in different economic sectors has been carried out as well as factors best explaining the distribution of wages in the Lithuanian regions within the selected economic sectors have been accentuated.
