Bachelor's thesis analyzes the music education organization in action in primary grades. The aim of the final paper is to discuss the organization of musical education in primary grades. The following tasks have been set in order to achieve the aforementioned aim: to analyse educational documents regulating mucic education; to analyse the realization of general educational programmes principles in primary musical education process; to discuss specific organization peculiarities in primary school music education process; to provide primary school pupils‘ aged characteristics; to carry out elementary school music teachers‘ opinion survey concerning musical aspects of the organization of the educational process. Research subject -music education organization principles of primary school. The research was conducted in Šiauliai district‘s schools, using the questionnaire method. In total 81 teachers were surveyed. Upon analysis of scientific readings, educational documents and completion of survey in Šiauliai district‘s schools, the following conclusions have been obtained: the learner is the most impoant in musical education. All the elements, provisions or isolate elements are oriented into the child, his well-being and consistent training. While doing the analysis of general educational programme principles in primary school (2013), there were distinguished three organization principles: activity, from theory to practice, training of musical skills. After discussing the organization of music education it can be stated, that the successful realization of education curriculum is a significant learning process organization, which is very close to growing personality‘s interests, fostering of national culture, spiritual and moral education foundation and are guided by humanistic values. During the period of primary school children are especially interested in their surrounding area, they seek to be more independent, they also learn to plan their time and activities. The basics of musical abilities are formed in the primary school which in the future will have a significant influence on the children‘s musical skills. The research revealed components of organizational activity‘s principles, development of basic skills, from theory to practice: singing, playing the instrument, creative tasks. All organizationals principles are united by the same activity, so it can be stated that during the lesson using all these activities pupils‘ understanding of the lesson‘s subject will be better and the higher results will be achieved.
