In this work, a statistical study on Lithuanian international trade in goods was performed. The import of goods of Lithuanian companies from countries outside the European Union in the last three months of 2019 was analyzed. Data received from the Lithuanian Department of Statistics that are not publicly available. The purpose of the work is to study the different values of commodity prices; to analyze the trends between countries, commodity codes and different companies, applying the models of mathematical statistics. The following methods were used in the work: checking the normality according to the Shapiro-Wolf criterion; Pearson’s Chi squared test, compliance analysis; logistic regression model. The main results of the research were as follows: most goods were imported from China in 10-12 months of 2019. Logistic regression was performed to check the dependence of the differing price values on the company and product characteristics. All variables were found to be significant and the hypothesis rejected, but this is due to the large amount of data. The results of the compliance analysis showed that Lithuanian companies in October had more imports from Norway, in November - from Hong Kong and North Korea, and in December - from Ukraine. All calculations were performed with data analysis system R and MS Excel software. At the end of the work there are: conclusions, summary in Lithuanian and English, references, appendices with R program codes and data tables.
