The aim of the study is to modernize – the 75 kW solid fuel central heating boilers feeding system. In the first part of the bachelor thesis there are calculations of the 75 kW bioleres feeding systems main parameters, the efficiency coefficient and the production volume is shown. The second part describes the purpose of the product and its usability. Also different possibilities are looked into choosing the best one for the modernization of the feeding system. This includes taking into consideration all kinds of parts and standard products which are compared to other construction solutions. Other technical calculations were made (the correct motors with gear reductions were chosen, the racks strength calculations were carried out). In the third part the describtion of a parts technological route from every feeding system unit was made. The equipment which is needed for making these parts was chosen. The quantity was decided. The allowance, determination of cutting regimes and technical rationing is accomplished. The fourth part describes products technical safety requirements, the electrical parts installation requirements, the products maintenance requirements. In the fifth part there are economical calculations. These calculations helped to set costs of design work, set the price of the production technology, the number of workers needed and the right number of machinery. Also the place for work was chosen.
