Criminal Liability Of Legal Person in Law-Making and Practice The institute of the criminal liability of legal person is a relatively new institution in the criminal law of Lithuania, and to this day there are many questions on the application of it. Legal doctrine has already analysed the bases of criminal liability of legal person, but other issues, such as in relation to legal persons relapse possibility, the application of the institution of previous convictions to legal person, the prosecution of liquidated or reorganized legal person, has not been examined yet at all or has been mentioned very briefly. Therefore, this master's work is the attempt to discuss the more as possible aspects of criminal liability of legal persons which are revealed in the case law, focusing on the bases of criminal liability of legal person and penalties, applicable to legal person, system analysis. Furthermore, the work deals with the most recent case law and most relevant issues that have not been discussed et at any scientific work. At the end of the master's work there is not only conclusions but also offers for the Lithuanian legislator how to improve the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Republic Code of Criminal Procedure about the aspects of criminal liability of legal person.
