The aim of the research was to reveal the attitude of different generations of customers to sustainable innovations. The main tasks: to clarify a sustainable innovation conception and typology, to describe the peculiarities of Y and Z generations and reveal its connection with innovative organization proceedings, to identify indirect benefits of the importance of innovation for future generations and to develop a theoretical model underlying the new concept of innovation organizations growth, also, by research reveal how different generation customers understand innovations and how it is important for them. The paper used in the scientific literature and organization, literature interpretation, presentation and synthesis, graphic modeling and deduction, survey. Work results revealed that innovation is not just novelty, sometimes not necessary and cardinal change, sometimes enough only one significant improvement. So, although there is no single definition of a particular innovation, we usually describe them as a novelty, which can occur in different forms: product, service, process or method. Sustainable innovations add ecological and social criteria to traditional innovation definition. An examination of literature and systematize was revealed the positive features of sustainable innovation and its possibilities to create growth perspectives for firms. A large value of the innovation meaning changes has the metamorphosis of society, with creates a new innovation ideology. Prepared a theoretical model clearly reflects the positive and negative impact on business innovation, also reveals a clear link with the Y and Z generations perception. Organizations that focus more on social problem solving and innovations apply not only to competitive advantage will have more opportunities for prosperity. Also research revealed that all generations have similar attitude to advantages of sustainable innovations and agree that ecological and social problems solving is the main topic of sustainability but they all have some different points to innovation meaning. It depends on age and experiences and possibilities to get information about it.
