Such trustless systems do not have a signle point of failure, which makes them more robust against hacking or a influence from a single party, they are harder to shut down. Public blockchains, for example, are used for cryptocurrencies, or proof–of–existence, decentralized computing. Private blockchains can be used for the same purpsoses, but with with added authorization to the netowork, which makes the network private. Private blokchains by definition restrict access to the network but sometimes it useful to exhange data with participants outside of the network, or with other private blockchains which belong to other organizations. This document poposes a creation of private blockchains in which participants can excnahge data according to some predefined rules. This document descries main building blocks of suck network, and a sample implementation is provided where private blockchains are connected into a hierarchical network and exchange metadata that allows to strengten security of each blockchain.","abstract_html":"Blockchains created a method to save data in the network where each node has identical state witout using central authority to it.
