Analize the reasons of head dizziness, leading simptoms. 2. Analize the difficulties of patients, who suffer dizziness. 3. analize the needs of nursing for patients suffering head dizziness. Materials and methods. Research was carried out on 70 respondents, suffering head dizziness. Survey has been carried out on 2017 march – april, in Vilnius university hospital, clinics of Santaros, ears, nose and throat department. For the research was used a survey, acomplished by the author. The survey was divided into two parts: the first one was dedicated for researching general information of patients, and the second part was meant for evaluating the simptoms of the patients. Data analysis. Carried out through programs like R Commander and Exel 2010. Results. Sufferring from head dizziness was more common with females 64,29 proc. (n=45) than with males (35,71proc.; p=0,01), and was more common with respondents of 56 – 65 years old (n=28; 40,0 proc.). 51,43 proc. (n=36) of patients suffer from poor sleep quality. All of the patients rate the daily stress they experience by 5 points. Most common concomitant simptoms for dizziness is: general weakness 77.14 proc. (n=54) and disorder of balance (n=51; 72.86 proc.). 31,43 proc. (n=22) of respondents suffer from psichological problems of disorder of balance – fear of falling. Conclusions. For one third of respondens suffer from peripheral origin dizziness of the head, it is most common for females and the elder. The most part of respondents (>70) experience general weakness, a lot of patients (>60) endure nausea, one third of respondents experience double vision, and half of the respondents complain having headaches. For keeping vital activitys the biggest nursing demands are: maintenance of movement function and balance, for one third of respondents the need for nursing is for lowering the risk of falling down, for one fifth – lowering stagnation and for a quarter – in the circumstance of hearing disorder and sweating.  .","abstract_html":"Head Dizziness.
