To assess patients with cystic fibrosis age, gender and pursuit influence to quality of live. Materials and methods. A total number of patients, who kindly agreed to share their correspondence for the purpose of this analysis: 9 people suffering from cystic fibrosis. The survey was carried out from 2016 December to 2017 April. There were 54 questions in the research, which consists of four types of questionnaires: 1st questionnaire type - abbreviated SF-36 questionnaire, extensive use of quality of life; 2nd - sense of coherence questionnaire (SOC 13) to characterize the patient's view of life and its ability to respond to stress situations; 3rd - disease specific questionnaire (adapted and validated CFQ-R); 4th - to create a self-healing, and disease issues. The research was performed by making statistical analysis and such programs as “SPSS 17.0 for Windows” and “Excel, 2016” were used. Results. Patients with cystic fibrosis evaluated their quality of life by 59,01 points. Bodily pain was evaluated worst (by 32,78 points) and energy/ vitality (by 47,22 points). Sense of coherence was characterized by an average level (43,11 points). Worse sense of coherence was linked with comprehensibility indicators (11,22 points). A strong, inverse statistically significant association between sense of coherence in the field of meaningfulness and role limitations due to physical / emotional problems (p = 0,009). The evaluation of disease-specific questionnaire (CF-R) and the sense of coherence of the interface connection, established a strong, inverse statistically significant correlation relationship between sense of coherence and meaningfulness of daily activities (kk= -0,838); the meaningfulness and respiratory (kk= -0,747) / digestible (kk= -0,704), a system failure; between the management / control and social functioning (kk= -0,725). All in all, patients’ with cystic fibrosis gender, age and pursuit does not have a statistically significant impact on the sense of coherence.
