Abstract

dc:description

This study examines the relationship between work-life balance, boundary control, and psychological detachment. The analysis also examined the expression of work-life balance by socio-demographic variables and its associations with physical and psychological health, and life domain satisfaction. Using the quantitative research method, data were collected through surveys, involving samples of specialists from various companies, with 151 participants in total. The results showed that individuals who work in a hybrid way have a better work-life balance compared to those who work in a contact way. In addition, all dimensions of balance have significant positive relationships with physical and psychological health, satisfaction with work, organization, family, and leisure. Also, linear regression analysis was applied, and it was determined that the control of work boundaries mostly predicted the dimensions (involvement, effectiveness, emotional balance). The results of the study emphasize the importance and relevance of boundary control and psychological detachment and encourage emphasizing their importance in organizations.
