This study aimed to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and employees' organisational behaviours such as work engagement, job dependence and citizenship behaviours that are both organisation and colleague oriented. The total number of respondents in this study was 156, but 153 subjects were selected for data analysis. The subjects were recruited from a variety of workplaces, both private and public sectors. The participants were 126 (82.4%) women and 27 (17.6%) men. The age of the respondents ranged from 20 to 67 (M = 37.55; SD = 11.33). Convenience, non-probability sampling was used to select the subjects. A correlational study was carried out using the Five-Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire, the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, the Dutch Workaholism Scale, the Organisational Citizenship Scale, and the Colleague-Centred Citizenship Scale. The results show that work engagement was best predicted by describing and acting with awareness mindfulness facets. Excessive working was best predicted by observation facet; Compulsive working was best predicted by nonjudging of the inner experience facet; and organisationally oriented citizenship behaviour was best predicted by describing facet.
