Through a comprehensive analysis of scientific literature and empirical research, the study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership strategies in fostering employee engagement and commitment to organizational goals. The research objectives include examining key factors influencing employee involvement and organizational commitment, assessing the relationship between leadership styles and organizational outcomes, and formulating practical recommendations for enhancing leadership effectiveness. Employing thematic qualitative data analysis and reviewing relevant literature, the study identifies themes such as the positive influence of transformational leadership on employee engagement and the mediating role of organizational culture. The findings underscore the importance of cultivating a culture of empowerment, promoting diversity and inclusion, and continuously monitoring leadership practices to drive organizational success. Based on these findings, recommendations are proposed to support organizations in developing effective leadership strategies and fostering employee engagement.
