Utilizing advanced statistical techniques, including multiple regression analysis, skewness and kurtosis tests for univariate normality and distribution, and rigorous reliability measures, the research offers significant contributions to understanding consumer decision-making processes in the digital era. Item reliability was assessed for consistency and precision of individual items, composite reliability checked for constructs' internal consistency and reliability, and average variance extracted captured variance relative to measurement errors. Squared correlation indicated empirical distinction between constructs, enhancing the robustness of the findings. A key finding is the robust confirmation of trust's pivotal role in shaping consumer behavior, reinforcing existing literature. Trust significantly influences purchase intention, as highlighted by studies such as Pavur, Abdullah, and Murad (2016), Arnold and Reynolds (2003), Lata et al. (2024), and Bashir et al. (2018). Trust encourages repurchase intentions, guiding consumers back to e-platforms and prompting positive recommendations. The study also reaffirms the adverse impact of perceived risk on consumer decision-making. Effective risk mitigation strategies are essential to alleviate consumer apprehensions and foster trust. This aligns with the work of Hansen, Saridakis, and Benson (2018), and others, showing that reducing perceived risk enhances perceived customer value and positively affects purchase intentions. Furthermore, the research highlights the influence of consumer perceived value dimensions—economic value, quality, and emotional dimension—on purchase intentions. Studies by Chen and Dubinsky (2003) and Kim and Kim (2020) support these findings, emphasizing the significant impact of perceived value on consumer behavior. Lastly, the study reveals a preference for utilitarian values over hedonistic ones among consumers, indicating a pragmatic orientation towards product offerings, monetary savings, and convenience. This finding is supported by research from Chiu et al. (2014), Chang, Tseng, and Yan (2012), and Hsiao et al. (2010), showing that utilitarian values have a stronger influence on online shopping behaviors compared to hedonic values. Overall, this study underscores the critical roles of trust, perceived risk, and consumer perceived value in shaping purchase intentions on e-platforms, offering strategic insights for marketers and businesses.","abstract_html":"This comprehensive study delves into the multifaceted landscape of consumer behavior within e-platform services, providing rich insights into the determinants of purchase intention.
