The level of engagement and job satisfaction of the respondents is determined. Positive correlations between organisational culture and job satisfaction were found. Regression analysis was carried out but the models which unfortunately explained less than 20% of the predicted phenomenon. Based on the results of the empirical study, the author concludes that the respondents are genuinely satisfied with their jobs and are quite highly engaged, there is a weak positive relationship between organisational culture, engagement and job satisfaction, which means that employee engagement increases but only slightly as the rating and favourability of the organisational culture improves. The hypotheses of the study were rejected due to the lack of reliability of the regression models.
