The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to determine the impact of organisational culture on employee engagement mediated by job satisfaction. The methodological part presents the aim and objectives of the empirical study, the research methods, the research instrument and the research sample. The findings section presents the demographic data of the respondents and assesses the differences in respondents' job engagement by gender and job title. The level of engagement and job satisfaction of the respondents is determined. Positive correlations between organisational culture and job satisfaction were found. Regression analysis was carried out but the models which unfortunately explained less than 20% of the predicted phenomenon. Based on the results of the empirical study, the author concludes that the respondents are genuinely satisfied with their jobs and are quite highly engaged, there is a weak positive relationship between organisational culture, engagement and job satisfaction, which means that employee engagement increases but only slightly as the rating and favourability of the organisational culture improves. The hypotheses of the study were rejected due to the lack of reliability of the regression models.
