The theoretical analysis reveals that the key drivers of corporate social responsibility investment are improving reputation, building consumer loyalty and attracting and retaining employees. The practical and scientific relevance of the research raises the following problematic questions: How do CSR practices affect corporate reputation and consumer loyalty? How do CSR programmes help attract and retain talent? What is the relationship between CSR initiatives and price differentiation strategies? And how can these initiatives be effectively implemented? The study focuses on the impact of CSR on corporate reputation, consumer loyalty and pricing. The aim of the study is to reveal how CSR initiatives affect corporate reputation, consumer loyalty and pricing strategies. The data for the study are collected using a questionnaire survey. The findings show that consumers have a positive perception of socially responsible companies and are willing to pay more for their goods and services. Socially responsible companies were perceived to have a better reputation and consumers indicated that they are more loyal to brands whose values are in line with their own. In addition, CSR practices have been found to help attract and retain talented employees, as socially responsible companies are perceived as ethical and responsible. The results of the analysis show that companies investing in social responsibility can effectively use price differentiation to adapt to the needs of different consumer groups. Based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations are made. It is recommended that companies develop and publicize their CSR initiatives in order to reinforce a positive image and increase consumer loyalty. Price differentiation strategies are suggested, which allow for different prices to be tailored to the social and environmental needs of consumers. It is also recommended to encourage employee involvement in CSR activities and to invest in sustainability projects and environmental initiatives. In conclusion, CSR initiatives not only improve a company's reputation and consumer loyalty, but also help attract and retain talented employees. In addition, through appropriate pricing strategies, companies can increase profitability and expand their market share.","abstract_html":"The bachelor thesis analyses the impact of corporate social responsibility on pricing.
