The aim of the final bachelor's thesis is to determine, based on the literature review and empirical research, the influence of social responsibility components on employee loyalty. The thesis consists of two main parts: a review of the scientific literature, research methodology and analysis. The literature review part presents the concept of social responsibility, the components of OSR, the concept of employee loyalty, and the influence of the social responsibility components on employee loyalty. A non-probability quantitative survey was used for the research part of the bachelor thesis. The study found that ethical responsibility has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty. Employees' emotional loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by ethical OSR and legal OSR. Employees' normative loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by philanthropic OSR. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and recommendations are presented. It is recommended that organisations adopt ethical OSR and legal OSR practices to foster emotional loyalty among employees. It is recommended that organisations adopt philanthropic OSR practices to encourage normative loyalty among employees.
