The first part of the thesis analyzes the main trends and changes in the automotive trade sector. It presents an analysis of the most influential political, economic, social, legal, environmental, and technological factors. The second part examines different types of operational efficiency—allocative, dynamic, technological, and ecological—as well as the main characteristics of operational efficiency in the automotive trade sector, focusing on the evaluation of efficiency through the lenses of internal business processes and finance perspective as the main point. The third part presents the methodology and results of the research on the operational efficiency of companies in the automotive trade sector. It includes the results of relative indicators, regression analysis, and the evaluation of companies' operational efficiency.
