EKG ir EEG biopotencialų registravimas ir perdavimas bevieliu ryšiu /
Abstract
dc:descriptionA wireless and customizable biopotential measurement device is a desired tool for laboratory research on biological signals with animals. In this work, a device is being developed for measuring ECG and EEG signals. The device needs to be sufficiently high-speed and sensitive, but also lightweight and energy-efficient to meet the required conditions. The manufactured device uses the ADS1292 analog-to-digital converter for biopotential readings. This module has two reading channels, 24-bit resolution, and right leg drive (RLD) functionality. Stable operation is achieved up to a sampling rate of 1 kHz. The control of this module and wireless data transmission via Wi-Fi is handled by the ESP32 microcontroller. The transmitted data is read by a custom created computer program. Biopotential signals are affected by a significant amount of noise, so the program includes signal filtering tools. Additionally, the program features product configuration and the ability to display data in both time and frequency domains. The manufactured device is sufficiently accurate for measuring biopotential signals and has been successful in measuring human ECG signals. The device is small and lightweight enough to be used with small laboratory animals (e.g., rats) for up to ten hours.
