Bismuto sulfido nanodalelių sintezė ir tyrimas /
Abstract
dc:descriptionSynthesis and Investigation of Bismuth Sulfide Nanoparticles Well-segregated bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) nanorods with a high order of crystallinity have been successfully prepared from bismuth citrate by a simple reflux reaction in CTAB at 160 °C. The main of of this thesis was to introduce a facile and phosphine-free one-step solution method bismuth citrate and thiourea act as the precursor materials. Changing variables, such as the reaction temperature, reaction time, bonding material, solvent in which the reaction was carried and the concentration of CTAB were observed to influence the resultant shape of Bi2S3 nano- and microstructures. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Bismuth citrate, which is known to be a linear polymer, may play a critical role as a precursor and a template for the growth of linear Bi2S3 nanorods. These nanorods could be applied in the future development in the field of solar cells, light-emitting diodes, lithium-ion batteries, thermoelectric devices and sensors.
