This bachelor work, on the basis of model of the company, theoretically examines the possibilities of increasing exports of the product, disclosed the international trade environments, export influence to external and internal factors, market selection and the company's export development approaches to the factors which limits and generates export. The objective – on evaluation of the theoretical and practical business opportunities, to present export opportunities for the assessment. The theoretical part has been revealed, that the internationalization of companies is a gradual development, export one of the stages of the development. International activity of the company influences not only one factor, but combination of internal or external and active or proactive motives in a global environment. The companies potential opportunities, competition and target market, related expenses and income and expected profit once revealed, expected export growth in the long term. The practical part of this paper, upon analysis of sales dynamics according country of the exports, which data were compared to the market potential, reasonably identified company’s target country market. The export restrictive and factors affecting export potential have been disclosed in the time of the qualitative research. The export plan and recommendations have been presented on basis of the results of the research, for the further company’s export development.
