In this master's work is researching the administration of environment in joint – stock company ,,Joniškio grūdai“: were recognized the aspects of environment what emergent from the economical actions in company, were accentuated the main technological operations, what make the biggest negative effect to environment, was developed the management system of environment by requirement of ISO 14001 : 2004. This work's intention – after consideration and evaluation the influence of economical actions to motivate the ,, Joniškio grūdai\" environment managment's system by standard EN ISO 14001. This master's work is quadripartite. In the first part of work is defined the environment managment's system. In the second part of work are delineated the methods, what were used in this job. In the third part of work is described the companies surrounding, production, managment's structure, is calculated the sanitary area of company, are evaluated environment's aspects, are excluded the fundamental technologic operations, what are making the biggest negative effect to environment, are calculated and are compared taxes of environment pollution from 2001 till 2005. In the fourth part of work is established and based the management environment system by standard EN ISO 14001. In the end of work are proposed inferences and suggestions for environment managment's development.
