THE ANALYSIS OF LTD „GIRIŲ BIZONAS“ ENVIRONMENT CONTROL STATE AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS Objective of Master’s degree work is to evaluate wood-wool board manufacturers “Girių bizonas” environmental condition, analyze environmental management systems and possibility of their implementation in company. Prime company’s “Girių bizonas” economic work is to manufacture and sell wood-wool boards. Company’s economic work has quite big influence to environment. As for now only of one pollutant – formaldehyde emission from company’s pollution sources – consistent research monitoring was made. Whereas company’s stationery ambient pollution sources discharged pollution quantity to ambient air was bigger then it was shown in standard documents during 2003 year, estimation of company’s economic work influence to ambient air had to be done. It was estimated that LAND 43-2001 save relative limitary concentration had overrun in formaldehyde, solid particle (A), solid particle (B), also dioxide emission after completion of research and studying total pollutant influence. Having in mind present production and clearing technologies also present pollutant emissions overrunning permissible LAND 43-2001 normative, and without filling production line, clearing equipment modernization and changing company’s management and administration currently there is no possibility to implement environmental management system ISO 14001 and EMAS.
