In accordance with the requirements laid down in legislation, budgetary institutions employees must perform their tasks, prepare documents, reports, plans, and so on. Lithuanian Parliament notes that an unreasonable and disproportionate administrative burden have a serious negative impact on the population, the economy and the business environment. The administrative burden is imposed on employees of budgetary institutions work, work becomes less efficient. The final work is to assess Mazeikiu district social services workers and service users administrative burden and offer administrative burden reduction measures. The empirical study found that Mazeikiu district social services administrative burden reduction measures are implemented slowly, still a lot of documents in the written form. Comparing and positive change by reducing the administrative burden, working one-stop shop, and use of electronic documents, use of the information system. Service users questionnaire survey revealed that Mazeikiu district social services clients most of the time and material costs incurred when filling out applications and not have it with you extract from medical documents. These problems can be solved effectively, and reduce administrative costs when filling in the application for the user to carry out the Internet at home.
