The main problem is that in Siauliai city there are plenty of rest areas, squares but most of them are abandoned, obsolete, crumbling. One of these abandoned places is the square limiting Višinskio and Station streets, near students' dormitories, which must be sorted out, cleaned. A little attention and funds are delegated for recreation areas to be equipped, upgraded, even though it would improve the city's image and attract more visitors from abroad. The aim of the thesis - to design balanced recreation area equipment suitable for any space.
