The obtained findings proved the existing link between the changes of parameters in assessing the autonomic NS by physical samples and nasal vasomotor reactions. It was defined that links between the autonomic NS status and the nasal vasomotor reactions are reflected by the following parameters: MBP during the active orthostatic sampling, pulse rate after the Valsalva manoeuvre, pulse rate before and after the active orthostatic sampling. The obtained findings confirmed that heart contraction rate variability parameters reflecting the autonomic NS status may be used in prognosticating nasal vasomotor reactions. It was defined that heart contraction rate indicators SDNN and HVR index may be used as indicators assisting to prognosticate vasomotor reactions of the nasal soft tissues. Indicators of the heart contraction rate variability RMSSD, SDSD, pNN50, SDNN Index are statistically reliable in reflecting the link of the autonomic NS with the nasal vasomotor reactions, however such indicators may not be used for accurate prognostication of nasal vasomotor reactions.
