New product development peculiarities /

Abstract

dc:description

In recent years, several studies have shown how important it is to manage a new product process. Crawford state, that new products as a idea are made by people, and in many cases the product itself can be produced by machines or systems. The process and its peculiarities is very personal and involves people with different knowledge’s and backgrounds. Finally, as I mentioned earlier, the risk is very high - not only individuals can get a lot of profit, value bonuses and promotions, but at the same time they can lose their jobs if the project fails or ends. The development of modern information technology allows to improve the processes of creating a new product. Today, however, manufacturers and developers of smart metering with smart accounting system must develop not only new technologically advanced solutions, but also be able to compete in the market. The survey shows that people want innovation and want to improve. In the fast-growing twenty-first century, we can no longer stand still, while technology is rapidly booming. Moreover, there is a need to take into account the wishes of customers, what they expect, and in the short term to provide the most advanced solutions with attractive prices. This requires teamwork and project management skills. Modern technologies and their development in the process of developing a new product allow for improvements in various fields, especially in areas such as design, engineering and manufacturing. The design can be applied to any new product, regardless of whether the product is completely new to the world or improved based on foreign practice. Today, however, the electricity supplier do not stand still, but without innovation and technologically advanced solutions prospects for improvement and pursuit of technology would be challenging.
