Speed indicators of young footballers (10 - 12 m) reflect the efficiency of selection and adaptation to the loads of sports training, allow to partially predict the efficiency of the young football player's game. In the state of fatigue, the athlete's speed indicators change most significantly. Their decrease informs about improper dosing of training loads, therefore the recording and analysis of speed indicators could become a criterion for assessing the quality of training of a young footballer. The problem of the research is the level of speed, speed-strength indicators of young football players; their change by experiencing a weekly training load of 8-10 academic hours of medium intensity. The aim of the research is to analyze the factors determining the speed of young football players (10-12 years old) and the change of speed, speed-strength indicators in relation to the training loads experienced. Work tasks. 1. To investigate the importance of speed control and analysis in training young football players 2. To determine the factors that determine the speed of young footballers. 3. To study the scope of speed training loads in the general training system for young footballers 4. To determine and evaluate the change of speed, speed-force indicators. 5. To analyze the relationships between the change of speed and speed force indicators. Conclusions. 1. Speed is a genetically determined physical trait. The expression of speed is determined by the group of psychomotor reaction factors, the group of muscle contraction and relaxation factors, the group of movement frequency factors, the peculiarities of the child's development. 2. Speed and speed strength exercises for young football players make up 11.3 percent. total exercise time. In training mesocycles, the duration of which is 4-5 weeks of speed, 140-170 minutes are allocated for speed-strength exercises. 3. Speed, speed force exercises are usually performed at moderate intensity. 4. The change in speed indicators is very similar regardless of the test used to determine speed. 5. Running speed during the 5 m distance in 55 days was improved by 9.7 percent, for 10 m and 30 m distances by 12.4 and 8.2 percent, respectively. The jump height was improved by 5.6 percent in 55 days, regardless of the jump performance options. The applied training loads do not reduce insignificant differences in speed and speed strength indicators. 6.
