The bachelor's thesis analyzes the concepts of the communication process and the competence of teachers, the development of professional communication of sports teachers and the competencies necessary for sports teachers. The problematic question in the work: what elements of communication expression are typical for sports educators who train young athletes? What are the elements of sports teacher communication expression for young rugby? Research aim - to analyze the expression of communication of sports teachers in training young rugby players. Research objectives: 1. To reveal the concept of communication expression based on scientific analysis. 2. To identify the peculiarities (difficulties) of sports teacher communication in training young rugby players. The following research methods were chosen to do the research and to implement the research aim and objectives: 1. Analysis of scientific literature; 2. Data collection method - questionnaire survey: for sports teachers and young rugby players. 3. Data processing method - qualitative content analysis. Research participants. The study involved 5 coaches who are training young rugby players and 67 young rugby players. The obtained research data revealed that trainers have a good understanding of the concept of communication and its importance for communication with students (even 52.2 percent respondents said so). Coaches communicate with their students during, after, and before training. Peculiarities of a sports teacher’s communication with young rugby players are related to the students' attention and listening problems (23,9 percent of students sometimes listen attentively, and 1,5 percent of students rarely listen attentively).
