The main purpose of this work is to determine factors of Initial coin offering success. The work consists of three main parts: the analysis of literature on Initial coin offerings, research methodology and research and its results. Initial coin offering is a new way for ventures to raise capital while selling tokens to a wide rande of investors. This new way of raising capital already enabled entrepreneurs and innovators to raise billions of dollars from global investors, so it is useful to understand the determinants of Initial coin offering success. In this paper I have analyzed the theoretical background of the subject. I have described the opinion of different authors on blockchain technology cryptocurreny and initial coin offering presented in the literature. In addition, I analyzed the research done on the subject of Initial coin offerings by different scientists and singled out the most popular research directions and reviewed results of these studies. Further, I decided to perform a binary logistic regression analysis on determinants of Initial coin offering‘s success. I chose dependent variable which is Initial coin offering succes and eighteen independent variables. The results of the analysis showed that KYC, Whitelisting, code availability in GitHub.com, use of Ethereum blockchain, short token sale period and the ability to pay for tokens using regular currencies have positive impact on Initial coin offering success.
