ŽEMĖS APŽELDINIMO MIŠKU, KAIP KAIMO PLĖTROS PRIEMONĖS, ĮGYVENDINIMAS /

Master's work is formulated in the main the 2007-2013 Rural Development Program - agricultural and non agricultural land afforestation, - as an alternative land uses, implementation issues and assess the implementation of measures in Lithuania. According to the survey and interview research methods, given the land afforestation measures in the implementation of the investigation, the results of which revealed the key to the problems and causes, for these reasons, only a few of them resolved, showed the land owners to approach the EU for the assessment and forestry, as an alternative to agriculture. The analysis and synthesis of the results of research confirmed the hypothesis that the owners of the land appreciates the opportunity to use RDP to forestation and the European Union support. Lack of own funds, the fear of suffering a financial loss, a large bureaucracy for administration, forestry depreciation against the agricultural activities, and information and knowledge about the lack of forest establishment has negative impact on the approach to land afforestation. However, the green land of the forest is quite a different opinion, because they support the implementation process did not give rise to significant difficulties.
