Organizacijos klimato UAB "Norfos Mažmena" vertinimas /

The Bachelor‘s thesis analyzes organizational climate in UAB „Norfos mazmena“. The research aimed to evaluate the organizational climate in UAB „Norfos mazmena“ Taurage departments, identify weak areas of organizational climate and to make recommendations to improve the organizational climate. 70 employees of the organization took part in the research. The first part of the paper presents the analysis of the theoretical aspects of the organizational climate. The paper summarizes the theoretical concept of organizational climate, an overview factors that influence the organizational climate, presents the impact of climate on the employee behavior and organizational performance, discussed the importance of organizational climate research on the climate formation. The second part presents the research methodology, research results of the analysis and the conclusions and recommendations. The results showed that the best evaluated organizational climate dimensions are: the perception of organizational goals and values, the work conditions and work organization, the workload and responsibility and communication. How much less evaluated: payment and promotion, relations between managers and staff, staff attitude to work, employee relationships. The worst evaluated: conflicts and mobbing, work environment and psychological comfort. The results of the research revealed that the organizational climate in UAB „Norfos mazmena“ is positive.
