Abstract
dc:descriptionConstantly changing society and, therefore, the school sought new ways of education reforms aimed at - independent, the school itself reveals personality with lifelong learning provision. One of the reasons for the failure of education - the lack of motivation to learn. Educators and parents are faced with the unwillingness to learn and unsuccessful learners teenagers do not know how to develop them, adjust their teaching (learning) motivation, and often these students are left without assistance. Therefore, the (un) willingness to learn the causes are interested in all that theory and practice are faced with teaching (learning) process. The study included 102 (39 boys and 63 girls) Siauliai city Earlier the art gymnasium 9-12 grade students and 52 teachers were selected at random. The empirical part deals with teenagers (un) willingness to learn the causes, educational aid options and features. The main conclusions of the research: (Un) willingness to learn more part of teenagers linked to the fact that they are not interested in some lessons, excessive homework load and volume of learning content to the inability to schedule a time that is difficult to cope with the workload in the classroom. Some respondents said that it is difficult to remember what the teacher explains. Quite a number of teenagers admit that they are simply lazy to learn. Teachers evaluating teen training (learning) difficulties and reluctance to learn reason other than the following: laziness, lack of motivation, inability to plan time school absenteeism, lack of parental control. Because of problems Teens often accuse others - say the majority of the surveyed teachers. As shown in the study, (in) the desire to learn the causes can be a wide range of problems, social environment, emotional state, the daily difficulties that teenagers face at home, school or community. Learning outcomes are directly dependent on whether the student is motivated to learn or not. Therefore, motivation is an integral part of adolescent education (learning) part.
