Monomitas. Animacinis video kūrinys „Migla“ /

This work analyzes the structure of an ancient myth’s narrative, its main aspects and the contemporary use. The aim of this work is to ascertain the narrative structure of an ancient myth. The purpose of this work is being attained by examining the theory of monomyth and its use, discussing the connection between the monomyth and the bildungsroman genre, analyzing works that use the monomyth’s narrative structure. The attained theoretical knowledge is applied in the creative project. The creative project gives the author’s interpretation of an ancient myth. The final result of creative project is an animated video work “Migla” (“Mist”).
