The aim of this thesis is to analyze air pollution of Kuršėnai city from September to December and to locate problematic spots. This thesis will contain the analytics of environment air protection, regulation of law analysis. An observation program was designed and particle concentration measurements in Kuršėnai city through September to December were performed. Problematic territory and the reasons of particle pollution are identified. Conclusions and recommendations on how to improve the situation are provided. A poll was passed for people that were living in individual houses that was called ,,Individual house heating and it‘s effect on the quality of air”.
