The thesis analyzes the UAB Stamela \"economic activity analysis and prospects. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part of the Master discussed the concept of economic activity analysis. In the first part of the thesis is the company's analysis of the concept and essence. The main indicators: profitability and solvency, operational efficiency, and labor resources analysis. Described internal and external factors on the company's activities, as well as analyzes of economic - statistical analysis of the indicators. Honored by the bankruptcy diagnosis theoretical foundations. The company carried out a theoretical assessment of economic activity and present their methods of calculation. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part of the Master discussed the concept of economic activity analysis. Described internal and external factors on the company's activities, as well as analyzes of economic - statistical analysis of the indicators. Presented bankruptcy diagnosis theoretical foundations. An enterprise economic activity theoretical assessment and submit their calculation methods. The analytical part of the thesis of JSC \"Stamela\" for 2009 - 2014. economic activity assessment methodology described characteristics of the company, the profit (loss) statement indicators of the dynamics and structure analysis, and evaluated the company for economic profitability indicators, solvency liquidity, analyzed the company's operating efficiency indicators, provide an estimate of number of employees and salaries, and labor resources analysis. Taking into account the company's economic performance was diagnosed probability of bankruptcy. The third master's constructive work carried out in the operating profit of the company influencing factors analysis conducted UAB Stamela \"for 2009 - 2014 performance prediction. The findings and recommendations for the company's expansion prospects.
