The thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part, the broadband hybrid optically synchronized middle-infrared sum-frequency generation spectrometer is presented. In the second part, a frequency-locked mode-locked fiber oscillator dedicated for Ti:Sapphire based broadband sum-frequency generation spectroscopic systems is introduced. In the third part, the effective wavelength conversion method to near-infrared based on stimulated Raman amplification is demonstrated.
