In a single-centre cross-sectional study, 102 patients were prospectively enrolled. Time for contrast to pass through the myocardium (TCPM) was measured using a standardised protocol with an automated injection system and subsequently indexed to myocardial mass, mean arterial pressure, and heart rate. The analysis demonstrated a normal distribution of iTCPM and a significant correlation between higher iTCPM values and more severe anginal symptoms, assessed by the CCS functional class and the Seattle Angina Questionnaire. В едноцентрово крос-секционно проучване са включени проспективно 102 пациенти, при които времето за преминаване на контраст през миокарда (ВПКМ) е измерено чрез стандартизирана техника с автоматична инжекционна система, последвано от индексиране спрямо миокардна маса, средно артериално налягане и сърдечна честота. Анализът демонстрира нормално разпределение на иВПКМ и значима корелация между по-високи стойности на иВПКМ и по-тежката ангинозна симптоматика, оценена чрез функционалния клас по CCS и Сиатълския въпросник за ангина.
