Brain Stroke (BS) is one of the most significant medical and social problems of our time due to the high prevalence leading to severe disability and death. This trend relates not only to patient's working capacity but also to his family and society in general. Patient’s survival after stroke (PSAS) increases with advances in medical technology and the provision of medical and social services. For PSAS, the disability rate reaches 75% or more depending on the type, location and severity of stroke and accompanying illnesses. This also requires the quality of life (QL) to be tested in this vulnerable group of society due to the particular importance of their early social inclusion and reintegration. Improving health in the sense of a holistic concept is the primary goal of RC's for early retraining and returning PSAS to the labor market. Modern methods of post-stroke rehabilitation are presented with a wide range of tools and methods that have scientifically proven their effectiveness. They aim to improve QL on these patients, restoring to the maximum extent possible their health disorders. It is necessary that the RC's take place systematically and over time in order to achieve the desired results. The high quality of rehabilitation care for stroke patients (PSAS) requires the creation of a specific and strictly individual program for each of them. This is possible in the presence of validated models tailored to the clinical stages of PSAS recovery performed by an appropriate team of specialists selected according to the individual needs of each patient.
