This thesis focuses on one of the most prevalent and socially significant disorders—urinary incontinence—and explores the effectiveness of an innovative minimally invasive therapeutic approach: CO₂ laser treatment. Urinary incontinence is a common condition, particularly among women in reproductive maturity and the climacteric period, leading to substantial impairments in quality of life and imposing social and economic burdens. Despite the availability of conventional therapies such as pharmacological treatment, physical therapy, and surgical interventions, medical innovations increasingly highlight laser therapy as a safe and effective alternative. This study presents a critical analysis of the application of CO₂ laser therapy based on literature review, clinical experience, and empirical data, aiming to evaluate its therapeutic potential and outline the prospects for its broader implementation in clinical practice.","abstract_html":"Urogynecological conditions encompass a wide range of health issues affecting the urinary and reproductive systems in women.
